All popular programs are available: Quark Express - Adobe Illustrator - Macromedia Freehand - Adobe Pagemaker - Adobe Photo Shop - Word Perfect - Microsoft Works - Claris File Maker Pro - Barcode Pro and others. Art can be "modemed" to us, or sent as an attachment to e-mail to save precious time.

    A fully equipped Camera Department for film manipulation is also available. We can distort, step shoot or duplicate. Proofs are provided at no charge. Computer generated art can be color proofed on an ink jet printer for color separation verification. Higher quality outputs can also be obtained.

    Press Room capabilities provide for web widths up to 18" in six colors on one or two side combinations. Smaller presses available for your shorter runs. Eight presses to serve you. Operations include U.V. Coatings, Laminations, Adhesive Transfers, and multiple die configurations. Flexographic, Letterpress, Embossing and Hot Stamp printing in various combinations to accomplish almost any desired effect. In addition, reinsertion (re-registration) can be achieved with our computer controlled press with webs to 18".

    Barcode verifiers, web strobes and video monitors help insure that quality is maintained during the entire printing run. Universal's Plate Department is our quality cornerstone with a complete photopolymer plate making system. Inks are premixed to the Pantone Matching System (PMS) with computer assisted equipment.

    A Complete Packaging Department provides for rewinding, packaging and inspection of all finished goods. Final forms include: rolls - sheets - fanfolded packages - dispenser boxes collated sequences - shrink wrapping and other customer specified configurations.
